DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
Voice Chat Line respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from its users and partners. We will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement relating to content indexed or linked by this Voice Chat Line.

Voice Chat Line is a directory of live cam streams and profiles provided by third-party platforms. We do not host or store the underlying video content on our own servers.
If your complaint concerns content on a third-party platform, we strongly encourage you to contact that platform directly in addition to notifying us.
How to submit a DMCA notice
To file a DMCA takedown request with Voice Chat Line, please send a written notice containing all of the following information:
- Your full legal name, company (if applicable), and contact information (email and/or postal address).
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
- A description of the material you claim is infringing and that you want removed or access to which you want disabled, including the exact URLs on Voice Chat Line where the material can be found.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name at the end of the notice is acceptable for electronic submissions).

Counter-notifications
If we remove or disable access to a listing in response to a DMCA notice and you believe this was done in error, you may send us a counter-notification in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Repeat infringers
Where appropriate, Voice Chat Line may suspend or permanently remove content or listings associated with repeated or egregious infringement claims.
